## Booking information

- [Arrival and direct-booking policies](https://stingraylagoon.com/booking-information/): Arrive 15 minutes before the direct encounter. Children under 16 need a participating adult; direct booking lists ages up to 80. Direct cancellations at least 48 hours ahead qualify for a full refund, with specified cruise missed-port and itinerary-change exceptions inside 48 hours. Separate shore-package terms must be confirmed.

## Context

Academy of Rum St. Kitts has a 90-minute class at Carambola with live booking; its current booking product lists ages 18+. Use checkout for rum-class prices. Nurse sharks are in a separate area from the ray encounter. Photos cost extra. Transport is optional at checkout for direct bookings; both shore excursions include Port Zante transfers and a Timothy Hill stop. Article covers are generated editorial illustrations.
